Formed Feb ’76 The Wasps were one of London’s earliest punk bands & regulars at The Roxy, etc. Their first 2 singles, ‘Teenage Treats’ & ‘Can’t Wait 'Till '78’ are classic anthems of the UK punk era. In '79 they released their single "Rubber Cars" with RCA, but the band split.
